Why does /a/ seem to have a very high opinion of this super bland and forgettable SoL anime?
You don't see people talking about stuff like Gj-bu! or Acchi Kocchi very much, but somehow this similarly tedious entry gets trotted out all the time here.

Dogakobo animated it beautifully, the direction came with a good sense of comedic timing and made it actually funny, I found all the girls likable even if I normally dislike some of their archetypes, and it actually went places instead of being a by the numbers status quo keeping SoL. You're free to forget it, but it definitely wasn't bland.

The thing is I love Dogakobo and I love Masahiko Ohta even more than that, but while I agree about the animation, and honestly even the comedic time wasn't that bad. But for some reason it just bored me to tears, and I'm someone who thought Yuyushiki was an 8/10 anime.
