Pucci can speed himself up basically infinitely. His Stand also is strong as fuck with it's slashes, although how much is never specified.
His body itself, while it's able to survive the speeds, it's only a little above average in durability and strength, although he uses his stand for attacking, and good luck even hitting him.Also he can speed the universe up enough that it hits a reset point, although you could argue that it's only the case in the JoJoverse.

Epitaph shows Diavolo what is fated to happen 10 seconds into the future as long as he doesn't use King Crimson. Let's say he sees himself walk up to a guy and punch his dick, then that guy punches Diavolo in the dick. He decides he doesn't want to be punched in the dick, and thus activates King Crimson. This locks everyone except Diavolo into the prediction made by Epitaph. The guy still gets punched in the dick despite the fact that Diavolo has already walked around behind him. He then strikes out to punch Diavolo in the dick despite not actually being in front of him anymore. The 10 seconds reaches it's end and are promptly deleted. So to the guy, Diavolo starting walking up to him and all of a sudden he's standing up with his arm outstretched and a painful dick, and Diavolo right behind him.
So basically it lets him know what is going to happen, and let's him lock everyone BUT himself into that scenario, then erases the fact it ever happened. This is why he can't be hurt in deleted time, even if he moves out of the way of a bullet 5 seconds before it's even fired, the shooter still has to shoot where he was 5 seconds ago.

Part 6's good parts are out of this world, but it spends so long being boring or completely mediocre that a lot of people don't like it. It's really boring until they leave the prison. Even when they leave the prison the sheer absurdity latter half turn a lot of people off.
Yo-yo Ma, Dragons Dream and Sky High are all top contenders for the worst stand fights in the series.
The part suffers from forgettable characters. Annasui is awful one-note (though I thought he was a fun character), Weather Report is a generic amnesiac archetype, Hermes is just sort of there, Foo Fighters is a Pinocchio-type character that we've all seen a million times. The minor villains are collectively the lamest to date, though Rikiel, Donatello and Sports Max were pretty good.
Foo Fighters and KISS are both painfully underutilized. Foo Fighters and Whitesnake both have poorly defined powers. Weather Report flat out cheats with his stand, but I'd give him a pass if only because his antics guaranteed an interesting read.
Araki dicks around too long when Hermes and Jolyne are first learning how their stands work. Having one character learn how to use their stand isn't too bad, but going back and forth between two characters going through the learning process for the first quarter of the part gets exhausting to read about. The first half in general feels like it just drags on and on with Araki phoning things in, and the last half is so fast paced it'll make your head spin.

Did you read the manga? If not, the anime is more true to the source, but has some drawn out fights and pacing issues. OVA cuts out the fat and shows most of the classic moments.

They are. The OVA takes a LOT of liberties but the animation is of course a lot better. It also covers only a few bits. If you want you can watch it after finishing the anime, though it's not required watching or anything.

I watched the anime, then a few months later watched the OVA just to see the differences. Both have good parts. The OVA skips a lot of fights and just shows the big or important ones, and a few of the characters are introduced/die differently, but it was still a fun watch. Wait till the memories of part 3 fade and then give it a go.
