Piccolo was stronger than Frost and probably Botamo. Maybe the robot man as Vegeta was holding back significantly. Also Cabb because he couldn't even go SS and Piccolo is far above that level.

Frost was stronger than Piccolo. That means he's top 3 outside of gods in Universe 7.
Magetta fucking annihilated Vegeta on every scale except flight and only lost because Vegeta managed to inadvertently found his weakness. He wasn't even hurt by a final flash from a SSJ Vegeta that had surpassed SSJ3 Goku. He would beat the shit out of anyone pre Beerus.
Botamo was a gimmick. It was a gimmick that was useless in the tournament because the ring out meant he could be beaten. Otherwise, he'd beat everyone in Universe 7 without a sweat since even Vegeta said it was probably dumb to go SSJB since he'd probably tank that too.
Cabba was ironically the weakest of 6 since Vegeta was playing with his all the time. He was what Vegeta was before he got beat by the Z fighters except the polar opposite. Hell, his entire move set was identical to Vegeta.
Hit is the only unconfirmed one and he's legendaryily uncatchable and able to effortlessly beat Frost, who is known to be strong as fuck.
Hit will have a gimmick as well but we don't know what yet other than his dimension attack.
Don't kid yourselves. Hit is a one trick pony. U7 is just way stronger than U6.
