While I agree the first cour was the better one.
There were a lot of good moments in the second cour especially about the elite 4 that i'm glad we got.

The second cour definitely had some epic moments, such as Honnoji Gakuen vs Zeni City.
It also had some moments of cringe-inducingly terrible writing that dragged down the entire series such as the entire Ryuko wears Junketsu arc.
