Maybe Concrete Revolutio, if Yutaka Nakamura is still working on it. Apparently Toshiyuki Inoue did key animation for Kuromukuro's first two episodes so that's another one to look out for. Macross Delta has Ryu Nakayama as main animator, and Re:Zero might have some top animators from Naruto show up. Terraformars has Satoru Utusnomiya but noone likes his animation.
Overall, it's unlikely there will be any show with lots of amazing animation though. This year's animation heavyweights are likely to come later in the form of Mob Psycho and Flip Flappers.
