Vegeta's driving goal ever since he lost to Goku during the Saiyan Saga, was to surpass Goku and fight him at full power. Well he admitted in the Majin Buu saga Goku is better than him and that he is the best. Yet in Super, he not only catches up to Goku but surpasses him And he has trained with him by fighting him at full power for an entire 3 years in the htc. What other motivation or care does he want at this point? He fought Frieza and kicked his ass. Beat Frost, Magatta and now is fighting Cabba. He hasn't been challenged nor given any passion in a months. So his motivation is severely lacking at the moment.
