Yes, that's what I was confirming. I find most 4koma to be insufferable because driving one joke into the ground without the slightest hint of change in the story or characters or any attention paid to setup to be grating. I don't like series where the author can't write more than one joke, and that's what I wanted to find out here. I'm fine with one type of humor, but baiting development and never actually delivering bugs me.

So out of all the outfits Hotaru wore in the show, which one was your favorite? Mine had to be the one in the Yatta! Men/Sour Grapes episode. She looked really cute wearing it as she spun around. There's probably also the fact that her breasts looked really emphasized with the design of the outfit.
As for my second favorite outfit, it's a tossup between the one with the detached sleeves and the one she wore in the Namaiki Beer episode.
