Yeah, no. In his interview in Comptiq, Nasu said that only the DAA, Kouma, and Blue could fight servants and hope to win. That's against a servant with an "extremely average" Noble Phantasm. Ciel and Ryougi could manage to not die, but that's it. There are much more powerful characters in Nasu, like any of the Types, or Ado Edem.
