Summary from Chinese subs. Some sections might be interpreted wrong.
Episode starts with normal Student Council stuff. Kumagami finds an ability user that has the power of telepathy. The gang goes to the location and finds the little girl. Turns out that she can read minds, but what she hears isn't limited to herself but to others around her as well. Because of her presence, people around her are all starting fights with each other and all that crap which leads her to being isolated.
Nao pretty much tells Yusa and Takajo to go back while she and Yuu stays behind trying to convince her that people can get along in her presence. Naturally, this leads to more bullying of the poor MC with Nao punching him whenever she gets a chance and calling it a gag.

The arrangement works out pretty well until the girl spills ice cream onto a couple, which lead to an argument and her running off again. Nao regains her trust by proving that she too is an ability user.
The girl tells Nao and Yuu about the fights that people around here would get into, and how her own best friend eventually left her. Nao convinces the girl to stay over at her place tonight.
That night, Nao finds the address of the girl's friend, so she and Yuu visits her in order to find out what was going on. After threatening to take her away to a secret society after revealing that they're all power users, the friend reveals that the girl has some kind of illness that will eventually take away her ability to move around and that she's keeping her distance because she doesn't want to endure the sadness of seeing her best friend become like that.
Nao absolutely loses her shit and jumps her, telling her what a shit friend that she's being and that if she doesn't spend time with her now, she never will be. Likely she was reminded about how she was never valued her time with her brother before he got potatoed.
After all that shit was over, it turns out that Nao and Yuu regularly visits the mind reader girl in hospital, who decided to take her health more seriously and do her best to fight the illness, and her friend returned to her side as well. Nao remarks in front of the hospital room that one day, Yuu himself might find himself in a situation where he'll push himself to the very limit and risk everything for the sake of another person.
That's the end. Personally, I liked it.

Episode was pretty good. Basically condensed Nao/Yuu interactions which were the best parts of Charlotte to begin with.
Unfortunately the Waku translation was pretty bad, but I can't really complain since they came out so fast.
