In this situation you have two negative factors.
In situation one it's that killing someone is wrong.
In situation two it's degrading the characters that is wrong.
You get these results in specific ways.
The action you take in situation one is obviously murder.
In situation two, in order to degrade the characters you have to imply something negative about them, and in this case, with crack it means to imply the characters themselves are worthless in some way in the face of your shipping fetishes. But owning a crack doujin does not inherently do that.
You analogy is sort of like saying, if you own shit you must eat it. In this case,
"if you own crack doujin you must also think negative things about the characters." Which is blatantly not true.
