I'm hoping that Purin is the three-eyed girl pictured. If she is then she doesn't seem to impressed by her mother's habits so perhaps her opinion on her may be less then swell. I hope her and Sanji bond and make plans together before Luffy and his crew crashes the party to bring Sanji back, only for Purin to choose Sanji over Big Mom and joins the Strawhats, making enemies out of both Big Mom and the Vinsmokes.

Sanji wasn't abducted by force, but by threats, and he won't leave the tea party if he knows that doing so will kill Zeff/Iva/etc.
The real question is, how to stop the wedding from being interesting to BM?
The only alternatives that include fighting are
-Actually beating BM in a way that she won't go after the friends of the SHs around the world (unlikeliy to happen now)
-Beating Germa 66 so that BM is not interested in associating herself with them (but maybe the SH would become interesting themselves).
I'm hoping more for a sabbotage arc where they set Germa 66 and BM against each other, but it may be too good to be real.

I'm very surprised he had Monet and Vergo die. Typically, underlings of big cheese villains are portrayed as neutral characters after their respective arcs are over that were never really all that evil to begin with. All of Baroque Works survived and the majority live a simple life together operating their cafe, Gedatsu had a cute adventure, most of CP9 worked together to bring Lucci back to health without any obligations to do so via silly circus tricks and shows, etc.
I could easily imagine Monet moving on with life after Doffy's defeat and becoming a teacher or something instead had she been spared.

No. You should have expected them all to live because Oda doesn't kill characters. Vergo and Monet will be revealed to be alive because Oda dislikes killing characters.

Oda does kill characters, but he likes their deaths to have a purpose. Pell pulling away the bomb to save everyone and surviving doesn't change what he did for the people, but Ohara living or Bellemere not dying would negate the motivations of Robin or Nami's future.
Monet and Vergo being dead isn't necessary because stopping them in the moment works just as well as killing them. It's like how he saved the G-5 (was it G-5? Oh whatever I don't care enough to look) marines who sacrificed themselves for Tashigi and Smoker. It showed they didn't just fear but respected their commanders, but they didn't have to die for it.
I doubt Monetfag's insistence on her being relevant to the plot, but this IS One Piece. Oda would rather have them get a coverstory than stay dead. And hell, someone's gotta release the rest of the Donquixote crew to give them THEIR cover story conclusion.

Well, keep in mind that although obstacles should make pirates stronger, many of them don't necessarily get the most experience of "powerups" from battles. Someone like Zoro has gotten power spikes in the heat of battle, but someone like Luffy has grown strong after the fact and off-screen, such as him developing Gear Fourth over time in order to deal with giant animals.
