Joker Game is probably your best bet, doesn't look like a plot heavy season. Lots of neat action and comedy though.
If I've only read jojo, and never seen the anime. Would I be fine picking up part four? Back when I was reading it I ended up stopping at part four for whatever reason and never started back up.

Yeah, it's surprising that they jacked all of Noitimana's stuff this year. I think the show looks neat, not super my thing but it'll probably be fun, especially if the quality we saw in the PV holds all the way through.
I'm excited for Ghost Slide, Katawa Shoujo, and Haruhi.
The Harem/ecchi shit is at a low this season, 2016 off to a great start.

Spring is going to be good. Jojo's, Luluco, Kiznavier, Phoenix Wright, that Teekyuu spinoff, that AoT ripoff. I'm excited.
Joker Game(AOTY potential if pulled off right) Jojo, Hero Academia and Kabaneri are my 4 most hyped. Everything else will come with reception

As usual I'll be avoiding stuff that clearly isn't made for me (shoujo, shounen-ai and otome stuff) and staying wary of SoL series since they can be extremely hit or miss.
Lots of action series; hopefully at least a couple of them aren't total trainwrecks.

It is fairly mundane. I've been reading the manga since it has some excellent pages and the girls are cute, but the story is pretty non-existent. I'm also excited to hear the characters' accents.
If you like pure SoL series you'll enjoy it.
