UV flashlights give off the UV light and radiation that you can't see. A UV flashlight isn't giving off anymore UV light than a normal light bulb. So it's not damaging your figures anymore than an incandescent lightbulb would. You shouldn't put your figures under direct light and heat though for extended periods of time. Only LEDs are figure safe really.

I really doubt you would damage your figures noticeably over a couple years because it's pretty hard to find incandescent black lights anymore and flourescent black lights for regular home use aren't that strong and don't give off tons of UV. I don't think they give off nearly any UVB either which is what causes sunburns and bleaches colors.
What I would worry about more is if you could damage your eyes like that. It's probably not good for them to be looking at things illuminated by black light all the time.

Let's get the lack of info off me first, I don't have knowledge on UV radiation affecting or giving any effects to visibility on human fluids, so i can't help you there. Onto the good stuff though.
Your figs are molded from any combination of additives, colorants and fillers and everything else that can be added to any polymer chain. The chemical stability of these chains can be compromised mainly by exposure to certain chemical reactions and radioactivity at specific wavelengths/frequencies. Any part of the item, be it plasticizer, main fill or even the colorant, can be adversely affected by the exposure of such factors, and can even leave behind the unaffected material. Exposure to air at room temperature is the intended running condition of figs, and any extremes such as significantly hotter environments and extremely humid and wet conditions can have adverse effects. Plasticizer or any other additive can slowly leak through to the outside surface, and the chemical composition of your figs can be altered to achieve a good balance of malleability for production and life span. The worst case I've seen was a part breaking off due to brittleness after a few years of air exposure.
Legally speaking, there are certain thresholds and limits as to what specific wavelengths and frequencies UV emitting products can produce and at what intensity. As said earlier, I have no experience with human fluid visibility under such conditions, so I can't comment on that. In regards to this, exposure is key. As long as you keep exposure short and not extremely intense, your figs will be fine. Any damage is accumulative, so keeping exposure as short and minimal as possible is the best thing you can do under those conditions. Though I highly doubt that you can do much damage to them with such equipment. Anything you do can damage these anyway, even exposure to air.
If you really want to preserve these, look into low air pressure cases. Otherwise, what >>139180701 said.

Thanks. I couldn't quite tell if there was room for improvement. That depth of field is really narrow and seems to be focused on her wings behind her. Olivia herself isn't quite as sharp looking as she could be. If you fixed that it'd be a great photo. Ideal lighting conditions makes things really easy. I usually fumble around with lamps and post processing and go to bed and cry after discarding all my shots.
