This show was so cute and fun. It was also clever in a way. Normally I don't like science fiction anime with action, because it's either Gundam or something like Active Raid or Dimension W. But this show just did it well.
Shame about he low production values that unfortunately stuck out. It could have been one of my favorite shows ever.

That's only the surface level.The threads are full of self-proclaimed art-critics, and the trend is that if you actually draw a decent delivery you get shit on more often. I remember this one time as a beginner I traced a 3DPD swimsuit model to get the proportions right, but as a result got multiple posts feedback on how the anatomy was not right and multiple attempts to teach me how to draw more realistic figures. It was an interesting experience.
You could say I have beef with the place as you realistically aren't allowed just to draw something for the sake of it, as you involuntarily are always dragged into waifuwars and whatnots. It's pretty much the place where are the pent up hatred on /a/ concentrates. Nowadays I just draw directly on the threads of series in question.
