Cute is the easiest to sort out I think. Think of the average super-deformed or chibi character. Although, if you find child-like features sexy, there's going to be more overlap.
As for sexy vs beautiful, that is harder to separate. For the far extremes, I'd say think of something like a stripper or a lot of Hollywood's stuff. It's sexy, but there really often isn't beauty. Sexy without beauty is trashy basically. As for the other end, think of a lot of classical Greek statues. The women (and men) are shapely and pleasingly proportioned, but often don't have a sexual air to them (naturally, there are exceptions).
The real issue with all of this is that sexy is really variable. People find all sorts of things sexy. Cuteness and beauty are a little more standard.
