sports is an underrated genre, not enough ppl give sports anime a chance.
I don't watch a lot of sports shows but Battery is airing in the summer and I'm really excited for it. Ping Pong is one of my favourite shows and Haikyuu has been so far so fun.
I only watch if it is related to a sport I partake in.

Adachi is the master at the sports manga, but it's better because it doesn't feel like the stereotypical sports genre type stuff.

He's great at balancing the sport and romance/drama, in comparison stuff like Daiya feels like a drag because it's non stop games.
