Dude, as fuckable as she would be, she's always gotten the shittest deal in terms of characterization by far. She's just "muh sempai" the character and never gets to be anything more than that.

If you want to see how her character archetype can be pulled off well, I'd recommend you see Peach Girl if you want to see a sporty outcast like her actually get shit resolved.
