It's perfect to me and I hate harems with a passion. All the girls are likable in their own ways and the fanservice isn't constant and annoying. It's what MonMusu wanted to be and what I feel /a/ wants more in their harems considering the not wimpy MC.

I thought the dullahan girl would be able to put her head back on, but I guess not.
I don't like how the new chapter went half way through to a cliffhanger, and spent the second half talking about something completely unrelated.
