I don't know what a Toki spinoff would cover, other than making a bunch of yuri doujins canon. Middle school was already covered in Achiga & the main Saki manga. Maybe include all of Senriyama and Himematsu and have an Osaka fest with lots of 3P, okonomiyaki, nya-nya Kansai ben, whatever. Add more Hiroe-Sera sexual tension. Have some Arakawa Kei and other locals show up.
At some point, it's going to be hard to keep up on translations of all these Saki series. Many of the latest Ritz chapters haven't been TL yet.
