Doesn't sound like her style though. The chimes at the start do sound like the ones present throughout Madoka but the composition doesn't match her usual violins. It does sound familiar though. Just can't place which composer.

I'm thinking Takanashi Yasuharu and Hayashi Yuuki would compose something like that. Elements Garden's worked with Lerche staff before too iirc but vocals are usually more prominent in their stuff.
