Did madokami die? Where am I supposed to download manga in the year of our lord Jesus Christ 2016?

Has nothing really come to replace it or you just don't want to let me in your sekrit club?
I miss mangatraders so much. Users would fix and upload volume releases. Those were the days.

I don't think there's anything else like it right now, no.
Though the current owner is more careful, well, not much you can do if they are just having server problems, seems to happen every once in a while.

The idea of MT was to actually let people put stuff on it. So of course, it not a replacement.

I just found about this cool ecchi manga I want to put on my iPad. Oh well, another time.
At a least it appears it's not dead for good.
I'm just sad because I use it to track all of the ongoing manga I read, really can't be bothered to use another site because I would have to find and add 100+ manga to the tracking part.

Just use manga updates like a normal person.

It's too late for that now. I was retarded for many years where I would just do a weekly check on all the stuff I was reading, it got impossible so I used madokami to sort it all out, I'm really not bothered enough to spend 20-30 minutes doing the same with mangaupdates.
As long as madokami comes back I don't really mind.
There's usually not much to worry about, but when shit goes down I always get super skittish, 2013 really did a number on me.

Like what happens when Nyaa goes down, it is too soon to say anything it won't be the first time it is down without notice.

I'm only concerned because of that "More details forthcoming" they had on the banner. More details are never good.
