Isn't that pointless to do in conversation because deconstruction works by critiquing from outside of such a context? Here the words are inextricably tied to authorial (speaker's) intent and performing deconstruction would almost require ignoring what the other person is really saying to begin with.
Actually, that might be an interesting character quirk. Every response they gave would only make sense in a lateral thinking sort of way.

I suppose that Derrida-chan would explore how the language that her friends and family use shape what their intent is. One of Derrida's main points, as I gather, was that deconstruction was an inescapable phenomenon present in all forms of communication. t. Wikipedia
