I highly doubt she'd beat him. Katori seems to be relying entirely on her talent to get her as far as she's gotten. Then she hits the point where the competition is also talented, and also putting in a lot of hard work, and she just dismisses her failures with "meh, the top ranks are hard". Meanwhile Yuma routinely takes on as many of the top ranked attackers as he can get to spar with him as a fun challenge.
If Yuma goes down this match, it'll be to Kakizaki squad. A conservative team close/mid-range fighters that's looking to take Yuma on 3v1.
I don't expect that to happen this match though. My expectation is that Kakizaki squad and Tamakoma-2 tear Katori squad apart, and then Tamakoma-2 beats Kakizaki squad. The worst case scenario I could see happening for T-2 is that Osamu gets taken out, Chika has to bail out again, but between traps left by Osamu, and weights left in people by Chika, Yuma has an easy time mopping up.

I think Katori's problem isn't so much "determination" so much as shortsightedness. All she seems to think is important is power, and scoffs at the idea of people having motives in the big picture beyond winning fights. Hoping for someone to highlight parallels between what Osamu and Katori have been doing. During Rank Wars Osamu started out prioritizing strategy as a team captain, got a bit cocky when he started getting more in-depth and focused more on himself as a fighter, and now he's learning how to balance the two roles out to maximize T-2's potential. Meanwhile, Katori gives up when she finds something difficult and has been shirking her role as a squad captain, and I think it'd be a nice way to emphasize how Osamu and T-2 have grown.
