No, that's Ciel True. Ciel Good ends the same way as UBW Good, in that two of the main leads didn't win, but aren't stuck in their worst possible iterations. Ciel Good also allows the other girls in the Far Side to not get fucked, and leaves options to fix their problems in the end, unlike the other Near Side routes.
