The worst the anime ever showed was her saying "incest is bad", which isn't an unreasonable position to take. At the very least, that alone doesn't make her a bitch.
It didn't show how she manipulated Kyousuke and Kirino, which also puts her interactions with Ayase, Kanako, and Kuroneko in a different light. The anime never makes it obvious, for example, that it was Manami's plan to have Kuroneko date and dump Kyousuke.
