Sometimes when I'm not taking any screenshots I use interpolation for shits and giggles, otherwise if I try to take a screenshot this happens.

There's only movement every third frame unless it's an effect such as a pan.

Not him but I spent ages reading guides and configuring madvr and I still get judder during panning scenes.
SVP worked wonders for panning scenes but fucked up nearly everything else.
