Mami didn't use more than maybe five guns at a time in the fight against Homura although it's shown she can use many many times more and she at no point uses Tiro Finale on Homura. She had a strand of hair attached to Homira during the fight she could use to knock her of balance during the fight and she doesn't? Homura realizes she can't beat Mami and uses dirty tactics and still fails to defeat her and once again gets easily captured in Mamis ribbons which she didn't use during the fight as well. Knowing this I can only assume Mami was trying not to hurt Homura and was going easy on her during the fight.

This point is only made more clear when you take into account all the other times Mami has easily captured Homura. Homura knows she can't win against Mami which is why she is hesitate to fight her to the point of almost being scared of her during the series. I think the only reason she ended up fighting Mami was because she was pretty much backed into a corner at that point.

It's not uncommon for children to have crushes on even people they consider family. This is what I think too. Imagine the scenario for Nagisa. She had just lost her real mother and fallen to despair. All of a sudden, Madoka is there, telling her that everything will be alright. Madoka wipes away Nagisa's tears, gives her a hug, and then she carries Nagisa off into the sky.
At least that is how I imagine it. Maybe they will actually animate her backstory at some point. It is a shame having to rely solely on the production notes for it.

That barrier world is different from the world created by Homura later on though. She didn't think the world IN the barrier was so bad but the same doesn't apply to the world Homura made later on. It's fundamentally the same world, being able to hang out and live in peace.
But Sayaka CLEARLY disagrees with the new world if the confrontation wasn't clear enough. She could be enjoying herself since she doesn't have memories, but she doesn't approve of the method Homura used to create the new world and wants to stop Homura and bring back The Law of Cycles.

No. In all those interviews they stated they wete unsure how to proceed and were considering Sayaka.
Keep in mind, both Shinbo and Urobuchi thought Madoka's concepthood was a ridiculous burden to place on a lone child. If Sayaka wants to return Madoka to the Law of Cycles, then she she will have an antagonistic role second only to Devil Homura in any future project.
It's pretty clear that Madoka is asking Mami and Kyubey for help at the end the concept movie. More than likely that neither Homura or Sayaka will listen to her.
