Pan de Peace is a short by the way. Which is unfortunate, but actually when you look it up and realize its second volume only released last month, there isn't much content there to adapt anyway.

But we still have Sansha Sanyou, Flying Witch, Kuma Miko, Bakuon, Unhappy and maybe Hai Furi (not sure if that'll be serious as it's unclear what it's trying to do/be).

I'm mostly looking forward to Sansha though. I'd only trust KyoAni to do these kinds of shows at such a capacity that Dogakobo can, and even then KyoAni lately is nowhere as bright and lively as Doga's approaches to these shows are.
