On top of the need to emphasize the Curlyhats for a while to make up for their absence from Dressrosa, Oda has emphasized Nami's concern for Sanji, even explicitly drawing Luffy's surprise.
While she undoubtedly does care for her nakama, it's out of character for her to express this kind of concern directly, especially for Sanji.
Nami says she feels responsible, we're not entirely sure why or what for, but she's not a combat oriented pirate and she's not an idiot, so I can't imagine it as some sort of regret of not being strong enough.
It doesn't mean Sanji and Nami will end up together, but it's definitely a tease.
Honestly I expect a gag where Nami objects to and disrupts the wedding, while continuing to blueball Sanji.

Gear Fourth presents a bit of an issue
It's so powerful you have to make the villain absurdly strong, which will likely seem out of place, or have them avoid or negate it's use which would seem obvious. Having another "Luffy gasses and needs to protected until his haki is back" event would be incredibly lame.
