I'm semi-okay at drawing on paper. I'd really like to improve though and actually draw things worthy of showing off or posting, as well as actually learn how to draw digitally since I've got a drawing tablet collecting dust but I really struggle with the motivation. I'll occasionally sit down and draw something when the mood strikes but it's nowhere near frequent enough to improve and I'm usually just sketching what I want rather than trying to work on anything specific.

"far superior" is debateable. It's better for line-art, more intuitive, and I guess it just generally "feels" better - but that's really about it. Its just easier to get used to. It still has most of the same problems tablets have, with the bonus of being a grand more expensive.
