You can have horribly crooked teeth that are white and healthy, and you can have perfectly straight teeth that are full of cavities. The fact that Hotaru's teeth are white and straight without any clear signs of decay shows she's either some übermensch that has managed to adapt to an age of abudence, or has GOAT dental hygiene.
