He's trying to wrap it up, but forgot that the only reason the serious arcs of the past worked and were good was because he limited them to a handful of chapters at a time. Now we're under a 50+ chapter burial of shitty last-minute villains Sorachi all but literally pulled out of his monkey ass, as well as the worst twist in series history.
