In many universes she obtains world-wide results, but they're still 'realistic' goals that are attainable to someone who has a perfect clairvoyance of every possible event, like how you could become the richest man on earth by winning the lottery every day for a year.
Featherine doesn't have any of that. She could write "John Doe, married with 3 kids, super rich and the happiest man in the Universe, picks up a gun and kills himself". It doesn't matter how many realities you traverse or how much control you have over your own world, Gaku only controls herself, and all the control she has over others is still exerted through the hands of a human, while Featherine could kill you with an unlucky thunderstrike if she so fancied, or make a car explode, hitting a traffic cone, which is propelled through your head.
There's a reason Featherine is always higher on the power charts.
