He probably goes to confront the emperor for invading Tusukuru. He's stopped by Vurai along the way. He negates all the weird mask powers with his arm, so Vurai tears his arm off. Touma's dragon thing comes out and takes down Vurai.
Emperor gets punched in the face. He has a change of heart and decides to stop the invasion and work towards peaceful relations with Tusukuru.
Karura comes from out of the shadows and tells the emperor that Touma just saved his life. She tells Touma 'well done' then does some flirty thing that makes him blush.

Kamijo Touma tries to live a normal life but IB and the rules of the Monogatari universe basically mean he has to take up a job as an Exorcist just to avoid the oddities that come into his life.
I suspect he, Oshino and Kaiki would become the new Delta Force given there's the Touma, the Hawaiian-short wearing one and the leftover.

It was explained that life itself is magical but Imagine breaker doesnt negate it because there are more than quadrillions being with "life", and they have been there on the world for billions of years, and so "life" was taken as something that is "normal" to the world.
