Watched 1999 for the first time, and I'm torn. 2011 and 1999 are both Elder God-tier as fuck.

I'm very partial to the designs in 1999 though. The soundtrack was better also.

The exam arc is the part that received the most effort into it by far. Production started getting much, much weaker starting with the Zoldyck mansion arc, HA was extremely cheap aside from a couple of fights.
