They share a villainous organisation, but that hardly ever comes into play. C;H works if you just assume Nozomi are bad guys, S;G with SERN, Zero with various countries' governments. R;N has a single character cameo from S;G, C;C two from C;H. Overall, A;C not having the Committe of 300 as the villains and not having character cameos doesn't really differentiate it that much from any other sciADV title.
