It's not always possible to translate a line perfectly from Japanese to English in a manga or anime, and then you don't have to worry nearly as much about rhythm or fitting it into a measure of music. If someone carefully writes something with the purpose of having it work in both languages, then fine, I suppose it could work, but while it might be as close as possible, it's never going to be a perfect 1:1 translation, no such thing exists. That's the nature of language.
