Akame doesn't have her trump card yet, so I'm not expecting her to fight Esdeath this time. Besides, I'm not sure Takahiro would like to rehash the anime ending. So it's more likely that Tatsumi will fight her. Also, Tatsumi getting fully possessed by Tyrant has been foreshadowed a lot. He mostly like will kill Esdeath and lose control of Tyrant, in which case, it will be up to Akame to stop him (this also was foreshadowed).
Another thing that has received more build-up recently is the relationship between Akame and Leone. I think this means that Leone will sacrifice herself for Akame somehow. Maybe this will activate Akame's trump card so she can stop Tatsumi.
As for the outcome of Akame vs Tatsumi, I'm sure she will stop him, but I'm not sure if she'll manage to do so without killing him. I'm no sure if Akame's going to survive this fight either.
I'm still not sure what roles Wave and Kurome will have in all this. I thought they were out of the picture already, but this chapter suggests otherwise.
