Valvrave has been shown as early as Episode 2 to be quite susceptible to physical weaponry by virtue of A-drei gripping/crushing Hito. Explosions from missiles spikes the Heat Gauge. And I doubt any rational person would let Hito (that tried to kill him earlier) overheat for a while for it to use its Harakiri blade instead of dismantling/disable if not totally obliterate it. Barbatos hasn't been shown pushing fucking colonies on it's own. It hasn't tanked beam weaponry either, though it resists conventional solid weaponry just fine. Meanwhile Hito's standard armaments include a katana made out of stronger stuff than Barbatos', a beam rifle, and fucking shielding in addition to stronger thrusters and comparable armor. Barbatos trumps it in agility, but that mostly relies on Mika having a fucking neural interface.

Specs-wise, I'd give it to Valvrave. Higher speed and Nano-laminate armor is anti beam but hard-light projections may as well be metal and heat based weapons might get through it. Once you throw in the pilots though, Mikazuki's ruthlessness would definitely get the better of Haruto.

Barbatos is armed in OP's pic with a smoothbore cannon whose kinetic force dissipates over distances for reasons unexplained in addition to a mobile suit scaled katana. No superscience known to be involved in either of the weapons, they're just big ass weapons that belong respectively in tank and medieval warfare.
Hito is, in OP's pic, armed with
