Is there a reason Shirow has only been responsible for the manga's story instead of drawing it? The guy has been drawing oily horse dongs for two decades and in that time he hasn't written pretty much anything. We do the opposite in 2012 and start writing a manga but not drawing it?

The character designs are fine, they should've gotten him or someone else competent to do do the environment design though. There's no excuse for it being that bad in 2016.
