Personally i think its Monogatari but SZS, Maria Holic, Madoka and Arakawa Under the Bridge are also really good.
I havent watched Hidamari Sketch or Pani Poni Dash yet but they look pretty good too.

Of the ones I've seen, only SZS and select Monogatari episodes were any good. Madoka's not bad, but it's pretty stupid.
