The OST is god tier. The show had a lot of good memorable scenes, ended up being pretty okay as a whole.
Everything about it is good except for the plot, which is so bad that it made the whole show trash.
They honestly didn't know what the fuck to do with their plot. Five single handedly ruined the entire show. I honestly think the show would have been better if it was actually "9/11 on tokyo" but instead we got fake terrorists running around playing chess
A masterpiece production wise. Everything that's not plot-related is the best we've got in years, OST, animation, direction, scenes composition, atmosphere... The plot... Could have been better.
