Why hasn't anyone made a cut version of this anime, where literally everything is cut except Harima scenes? It would change an otherwise shit show into one of the greatest comedy anime ever.

Never has there been such a glaring contrast in quality between a single character and the show he's in.

Because it wouldn't even be half as funny. It's true that Harima was easily the best character in the show and one of the best of any romcom ever, but the other characters still had their quirks and charms.
