No, they remembered different times, neither of which was the graduation. We've never seen BA talk yet, but they have implied interaction where they would have. It's been shown in the manga and stated in spinoff material that they train together often and also dine together often. If Isayama does something there, which I think he will with how often this is touched on, then relevant interactions between them to flesh out whatever that relationship is will be shown through flashbacks like things usually are done.
