So I marathoned 23 episodes of this today and I don't get the appeal. Will it get better or something?

First 13 episodes were the high point.

I finished watching it a few weeks ago.
It had some decent arcs but the show's pacing was criminally slow and by the last 20 or so episodes I was fucking bored out of my mind.
I finished watching it anyway and the ending was absolute ass as well. Definitely very overrated.
