It's because it's the ultimate decisive victory. Not only did the hero wipe the floor with the villain but they managed not to lose their generic hero compassion in the process. And the villain lost so hard they don't even get an honorable fight to the death, just told to sit in the corner and think about what they did. When a character beats another because of meticulous data collection, planning and preparation. When the character had plans, counter plans, counter counter plans - but not bullshit ones. Ones that can be explained as having an actual reason for.

Recovery Girl is just plot armor for Midoriya. We get to see him struggle with his ability, but Recovery Girl is a tool used by the author to keep him in the action while it's happening.
We haven't seen, and probably won't see, a long recovery arc where Midoriya breaks his leg or something and then has to spend half a year out of commission because Recovery Girl actually makes good on her promise. If it did happen, we would probably get a timeskip, and then have to watch Midoriya struggle to catch up with his classmates.

That's what I mean, this doesn't happen as often as it should with a lot of tournament arcs. Some tend to gloss over every other characters that's not MC and antagonist(I'm looking at you Hero Academia). Some also do this >>135829232 way too much. Then there are those gimmic rounds that make no fucking sense and X character wins because they gain enough points doing some bull shit that was never explain in the beginning. I don't know, maybe I'm too spoiled from Dark Tournament and Dragon Ball.
