02 had 50 episodes to establush a plot, develop characters, and give a satisfying conclusion. All it did was introduce new characters and don't deveop them save for Ken, try to write Taichi and the others out of the show, nerf the Digimon to introduce new evolution, and have the older kids outright say the new kids were their replacements. 15 years later 02 is still worse.

Not sure if she is popular at all, but to me she was one of the few hunters that had lots of potential to be great, what with Submarimon and Plesiomon in her arsenal. Too bad she never xros them into something like Aegisdramon, which would have been more awesome than the clusterfuck that beated Dagomon, but whatever.She's also amazingly cute, one of the few characters without retarded pikachu-cheeks. Compared to Iori, Mizuki actually made good use of Submarimon for her scuba diving. I think it is overall one of those better instances where a tamer used his/her Digimon in a productive manner.
