Why are red eyes so perfect?
a combination of rarity that isn't too far fetched, that the color red is naturally an "exciting" and "dangerous" color and how it can contrast/compliment with the rest of the face's color theme.

Before Hayuha would lose her mark, she made her mark not lose or gain any petals thus being able to keep it along with the ability to travel to the demon territory without being affected by the miasma. Marks can be transferred or given. The eighth fake mark is actually genuine and was made by the original saint of flowers.

Essentially yes, the original saint of flowers isactually alive and used by tgurneu. Dozzu or the traitor kyoma general recieved Hayuha's mark probably before she died and during a certain "event" that changed everything causing the three to split paths to their own goals and methods.
