If you want useless piece of shit dumb moeblob character, the worst one isn't far off. It's in the same show. That literally is Haruue Erii's character. At least Uiharu can hack shit and has shown to really be into justice with Judgment. All Haruue did until the finale where she somehow becomes useful because the director decided she needed something to do was be autistic, stick shit into her mouth, and be a damsel of distress. Shit, the bitch dragged Uiharu's character down making her do stupid shit for her sake, like not investigating despite Kuroko's doubts despite that exactly her job which she does for FREE as a member of Judgment, and actually CRY for her because she is leaving her dorm despite living their with her for what? like a week? and the fact that they'll still see each other because they all go to the same school with Saten anyway.
