I don't remember the specifics, but it starts when they get down to one point each. Akiyama says that there's still a way for Yokoya to win, then two new chapters of other stuff happens, then the original final chapter. I'm thinking of translating it, but I'm honestly annoyed enough that the ending wasn't changed that I've been stalling on it.
